Refund & Return Policy — Royal Crown Watches
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging, including any warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at royalcrownwatchesltd@gmail.com to request a return. Returns must be sent to: Royal Crown Watches, 113 Fairway Drive, Wallsend, Newcastle, NE28 8BF, United Kingdom. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, whether returning from within the UK or from abroad. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on engraved, resized, customised, or personalised watches; items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us; sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at royalcrownwatchesltd@gmail.com with photos and your order number. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Royal Crown Watches.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
